As of 1 March 2015, Thomas Bastian will join the KessTech team as Head of R&D. After a rigorous and focused recruitment process, we were able to successfully fill this vacancy with the great support of external advisors. In this role, Bastian Thomas will be responsible as the new Head of R&D together with his team for all new products and innovation of existing products. He reports directly to the management board. Bastian Thomas has spent most of his career in the R&D department of the KTM Group and was responsible for such areas as metrology and NVH. His passion and focus of his work over the last few years was always the sound design and finding solutions for acoustic problems. Bastian Thomas completed his studies as a certified engineer at the RWTH Aachen and FH Cologne with an emphasis on vehicle technology.
